Ozone Park is a neighborhood in the borough of Queens, New York City. It is located near the southern border of Queens, and it is known for its diverse ethnic and socioeconomic makeup. The neighborhood is home to a large Italian-American population, and it is also home to many families of other ethnic backgrounds. Ozone Park is known for its landmark Aqueduct Racetrack, a popular horse racing track, and also for the presence of the JFK International Airport which is located just west of the neighborhood. The area also has a good number of restaurants, bars, and shops, mainly along Liberty Ave and Rockaway Blvd. The area is served by the subway lines A, J, Z and the Long Island Rail Road which makes it easily accessible from other parts of the city.
